Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CreateCrew ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. CreateCrew is operated from India and is intended for users within India.

2. Description of Service

CreateCrew is a marketplace that connects content creators (Creators) with skilled freelancers (Crew) in the Indian creator economy. The Platform facilitates discovery and connection — Creators can post jobs and browse freelancers, while freelancers can create service listings (gigs) and apply to jobs.

CreateCrew does not currently handle payments, contracts, or dispute resolution between users. All financial arrangements and work agreements are made directly between Creators and Freelancers outside the Platform.

3. User Accounts

• You must sign in using a valid Google account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may register as a Creator, Freelancer, or both.
• You must provide accurate information during onboarding and keep your profile up to date.
• You must not create multiple accounts or impersonate others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or spam content (jobs, gigs, or proposals).
• Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access other users' accounts.
• Use contact information obtained through the Platform for unsolicited marketing.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you post on CreateCrew (gig descriptions, portfolio samples, job posts, proposals). By posting content, you grant CreateCrew a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

CreateCrew is a discovery and connection platform. We do not guarantee the quality of work, reliability of users, or outcome of any Creator-Freelancer engagement. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CreateCrew is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from interactions between users.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Settings, provided you have no active jobs, gigs, or pending proposals. CreateCrew reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the Platform.
